    I just wanted to confirm my premium profile has been deleted and will not be charged to my credit card. Also can my credit card information be deleted permanently. Any additional questions please contact me.

    We can’t confirm that you recurring payment has been cancelled with your credit card. You will have to contact them directly

  4. I am having trouble getting my gravatar information to sync with wordpress. I can log into this site with no problem, but when I try to log into gravatar, I use the same information as here (because it says that if you already have a wordpress account to use the same information) and I keep getting an error message saying my credentials are not correct.

    As long as the email address associated with your User account here at the SEA is setup in Gravatar, it should work. THere are sometimes delays in seeing it work properly as well.
